Well, seeing as I'm the first Owlie to come along, I'll report. I just finidhed my first ticket item two days ago, by staffing at the Ely Wood Badge!! I served as the Assistant Scribe and miss everyone there terribly. At the moment I'm still editing and trying to post the W3-329-2-09 video to the internet so everyone can see the ending!!!
ReplyDeleteHalfway through my second ticket, which was to pack away my room before I left for college. About 1/4 of the way through my third, to learn 100 words in Welsh or speak for ten minutes. And I've finished two out of three books for my fourth ticket - to read three classical books by English authors to prepare for my college course.
Oh, I forgot! I've also finished my fifth ticket, to become a Merit Badge Counselour. I was previously a counselour for Computers, and for the ticket I added the badges of Painting, Sculpture, and Reading. Right now I have a member of Tropp 93 in Elko that's preparing to start the Reading Merit Badge, so I'll get to help!!
I haven't filled out the "As You Go" sections of the tickets, so apologies to Greg for not keeping him up-to-date!!!
That would be me. I have them typed out but need to write them down and send it off. I'll include a copy to you Jim when I do. Great Blog, Thanks

Great Progress reports!
ReplyDeleteOne of my ticket items was to get a scout bog/website up and running for our troop. I have started that and made one for our cub pack as well. I will list the links in the right column if you are curious...
Maybe - we can EACH make a post listing our ticket items and post progress in the form of comments. I will work on mine later to show everyone what I am thinking. I like the encouragement from all. Morgan you are on it! whoo whooo to you!
